Q. Who needs a Personal Chef?A. A Personal Chef is affordable enough for anyone to have one.
A. Yes, all meals are cooked in the safety of the client's kitchen. I use my own equipment and leave the kitchen clean when I am finished. Q. How long will you be in my kitchen? A. That depends on how many meals and the types of meals that have been selected for the cook date. Typically, the service takes about 6 hours from start to finish. Q. Do I have to be home when you come to cook? A. No, you do not have to be home on the selected cook date. Arrangements can be made at the assessment to determine how I can gain access to the house. Q. I will be home on the cook date, can I help or watch? A. During the cooking, your kitchen becomes the Personal Chef's office. In order to complete the cooking in a safe and timely manner, interruptions must be kept to a minimum. The Personal Chef can answer any questions or concerns before or after the service. Q. Do I heat the food? A. Yes, all food is heated by the client at their leisure. Complete heating instructions are provided for each meal to insure proper preparation. Q. How long does the food last? A. That depends on the service that is provided. The food can be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days, however 30 days is recommended for the best taste. Different services will last different lengths of time. For example, if a classic service is ordered, 5 meals with 4 servings each, for a family of four this will last 5 days. However, for an individual thsi could provide 20 dinners. For a couple, this service can provide 10 meals. Click here for more FAQ's. |
